Demand in the Baku housing market increased significantly in February 2024.
Both private houses and land plots increased in price by 1.8% last month compared to January, the Center for Economic and Social Development of Azerbaijan (CESD) told Trend.
Apartment prices rose by 0.4% over the month, and non-residential premises rose by 0.9%.
Prices in the rental market remained stable.
