In the III quarter of 2016 in Bulgaria 1183 were issued permits for construction of residential buildings with residential 4937 objects, 51 for the construction of administrative buildings and 1170 buildings of other purpose, according to the portal "Russian Bulgaria" , citing data from the National statistics Institute (INE).
In comparison with II quarter of this year the number of permits for construction of residential buildings decreased by 2.7%, but the number of dwellings in them increased by 11.2%. The number of building permits of administrative buildings increased by 37.8%, and buildings of other purpose – by 2.2%.
In comparison with the third quarter of 2015, the number of permits issued for construction of residential buildings increased by 2.5%, while the number of housing units in them – by 5.7%. 27.5% increase in the number of issued building permits of administrative buildings and 6.7% of the buildings of other purpose.
More vseo permits for the construction of residential buildings were issued in Sofia – 170 in Plovdiv (170), Varna (109), Sofia (107) and Bourgas (104). The largest volume of new housing will appear in Sofia – 1913 the objects in the Plovdiv region – 714, district – 509, Varna – 503 and Russe regions – 221.
Also the data of the NSI show that the third quarter of this year started construction of 803 residential buildings 3144 housing units in them, of 32 administrative buildings and 585 buildings of other purpose.
Most of all, the construction of new residential buildings is carried out in the Plovdiv region (111), in Sofia (115), Varna (112), Starozagorski (56) and Sophia (61).
