According to Bencont Investments, in the 3rd quarter of 2022, the demand for apartments in new buildings in Bratislava fell significantly.
During the period from July to September, significantly fewer apartments were sold, both quarterly and year-on-year. And, according to the source, the decline in demand has already affected real estate prices.
Brokers began to feel the cooling of the market in the summer. "Last year, demand prevailed over supply. The trend is starting to change, or at least the ratio between supply and demand is gradually leveling off," said Lukas Sopko, director of the Diamond Realty real estate agency.
