In the first three months of 2013 the volume of construction in Latvia increased by 9.8% compared to the same period in 2012, reported the online source The Baltic Course with reference to statistical data. The number of buildings under construction in the same period increased by about 16% in the country, and the number of residential properties has increased more than twice. The greatest demand among foreign buyers are apartments in Riga.
