Ask buyers of real estate in Poland is currently at a very high level, and the volume of sales broke all records. This tells the weekly edition of the professional digest the P roperty Investor reports Europe (the PIE) , citing data from the agency REAS Warsaw.
Thus, the volume of sales of apartments in the six largest cities in Poland rose by 11% in the first quarter of 2015, and this trend is likely to continue, according to the PIE.
With regard to sales, then, according to REAS, in the past 12 months in six major cities of the country, it rose by 27% in comparison with indicators of "peak" in 2007 and 2013. Only the sale of "secondary" apartment increased by 17% in the second quarter.
Prices in Poland are stable only at home in one of the six cities in the country. 6.8% th ost price is marked in Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot on the Baltic coast.
The balance of supply and demand at the moment is at an adequate level. In total on the market 19% of new apartments and the number of vacant apartments has decreased in the second quarter of 2015 compared to the same period of 2014 by 9.4%.
Experts point out that such a situation in the market may be due to the program of the Polish government, "House for Youth", supporting customers their first home.
