In Riga, in the multifunctional complex Z-Towers, which was planned to be commissioned back in 2010, an apartment was purchased for a record amount of 6.1 million euros, the company reports Latvio with reference to the publication Diena and realtors' data.

The developers plan to finish the construction and hand over the house in a year and a half. The completion of the Z-Towers project has already been planned and postponed more than once due to the precarious economic situation in the country. But now the economy has stabilized and construction is resuming. Representatives of the developer SPI Group assured that the house will be delivered on time.

The main buyers of apartments in Z-Towers, a business class building with four covered parking lots, are wealthy foreigners. During the construction process, the building has undergone significant changes, if earlier it was planned that one of the towers would be occupied by a hotel, and the second was given over to offices, today apartments of different layouts and costs will be built in both towers. The developer's immediate plans include the continuation of work and the construction of a five–star hotel.
