Index Zillow Real Estate Market, which is an indicator of the state of the US real estate market, grew by 0.6% in November compared with the previous month. Thus, the index has been growing for 13 consecutive months, according to Property Wire. Property prices rose by 5.2%, when real estate prices have increased by 6% compared to the same period last year, the largest annual increase since August 2006 in the annual year and another sign that the US housing market recovers. Of the 30 largest metropolitan areas of the country, for which Zillow calculated index, 25 was marked by growth in property prices in November. The largest price increase was recorded in Sacramento (1.8%) and Detroit (1.5%). In Las Vegas, San Francisco, Riverside, California, and Phoenix, prices rose by 1.4%. In addition, in 26 metropolitan areas, prices rose at an annual rate: Phoenix at 23.2%, in San Jose by 13.4%, in San Francisco at 12.1%, in Las Vegas at 11% and Denver 10.8%.
