The volume of pending sales transactions in the United States is only slightly changed in September, but remained much higher compared to 2011, according to the latest data of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), writes the online portal Property Wire. Index Pending Home Sales Index is calculated the NAR, rose 0.3% in September compared to August and by 14.5% compared to September 2011. The data reflect signed, but did not complete the transaction. Lawrence Yun, the NAR chief economist, said that the volume of pending home sales are at a high level.
