In Slovenia, the bill on limiting rental fees caused a surge of indignation, writes Total Slovenia News .
The document was approved this week at the level of the relevant committee, which caused a great wave of debate in the political arena of the country, since its project was proposed by one of the parties in Slovenia.
If the document is adopted, the landlords will pay the commission in full, to the real estate agency without the participation of tenants - as it was before.
There will also be a limit imposed on the amount of commission - the maximum amount will correspond to one monthly rent, but will not be less than 150 euros.
In Slovenia, it is planned to introduce EU rules, according to which a real estate agent should receive an appropriate qualification.
