The new regulation stipulates that all properties intended for rental to tourists must have a registration number. This means that housing that does not have a room by the beginning of July will not be able to be legally advertised.
To speed up the process of registration and identification of real estate objects, the Ministry has made a unified rental registry publicly available.After submitting and confirming the registration application, apartment and house owners will receive an identification number, which they will have to indicate on online platforms where they advertise their rental services.Thus, these facilities will be officially registered.
