The Cyprus real estate market started 2025 with impressive growth compared to the same month last year.
In January, 1,275 properties were sold in Cyprus, which is 21% more than in January a year earlier.
Limassol is the leader in the number of transactions: 429 units, 36% more than in January 2024.
Data for other cities:
- Nicosia - 276 transactions (+13% YoY);
- Larnaca - 259 deals (+20% YoY);
- Pathos - 255 deals (+5% year-on-year);
- Famagusta - 56 deals (+40% YoY).
