The organizers of MIPIF, one of Russia's largest specialized events in the field of real estate and investment, have announced the holding of an international exhibition that will be held on June 5 and 6, 2026 in Moscow.
According to the organizers, in February of this year, the 45th anniversary exhibition attracted more than 1,500 visitors, becoming the largest in the history of the event since 2017. The June exhibition is expected to be even wider.
It is expected that more than 3,500visitors and 100 companies will participate in the upcoming exhibition MIPIF Global, which will present over 800 projectsfrom developers, real estate agencies, and investment companies. The business program will include more than 150 presentations by experts in three thematic halls.
Key program topics:
- analytics and current trends of the real estate market;
- investment strategies - from asset entry to exit;
- selection of profitable locations;
- legal and tax aspects of transactions;
- Residence permit programs and international education issues.
Discussions and expert battles are also planned during the exhibition, during which market participants will discuss various investment approaches from Russian resort projects to foreign real estate.
At the exhibition, participants will be able to find answers to key questions that arise when choosing an investment strategy: residential or commercial real estate, the Russian or foreign market, short-term rentals or flipping. There is no universal solution - an individual approach and detailed analysis are required.
