Over the year, property prices in the European Union have increased by 10%, according to Eurostat. In the fourth quarter of 2021, the cost of housing in the EU increased by 2.1% quarterly and by 10% year-on-year. Thus, this indicator has become the highest since the fourth quarter of 2006. Most of all, real estate has risen in price in the Czech Republic (+25.8%), Estonia (+20.4%) and Lithuania (+19.8%).
