In particular, the authorities are considering increasing the tax on infrastructure impact from 4 to 6% in coastal regions, while in Tirana it has already been raised to 8%.
In addition, it is expected to revise the estimated prices for real estate for the purposes of taxation of developers. In Tirana, these prices have already been increased, which is expected to lead to an increase in the cost of construction by an average of 40%.
According to industry representatives, even the entry of a significant amount of new offers into the market will not be able to stop the price increase.
