Housing prices in the Bulgarian capital continue to rise, local realtors told the Bulgarian newspaper Trud.
In the suburbs of Sofia, a two-room apartment can be found for 100,000 120,000 euros, the price of three-room apartments is usually at least 200,000 euros.
Two-bedroom apartment with an area of 90 sq.m. m in the southern areas, such as Borovo, Shooting Range, Ivan Vazov, Gotse Delchev, will cost about 250,000 euros. In the more expensive quarters of Lozenets, Istok, Oborishte, the cost of spacious real estate in a new house can reach up to 400,000 euros.
Many buyers prefer to sign a contract at the initial stage of construction, as it is cheaper, and you can use installments until the end of the construction of the house (the initial payment is usually 20%30%). This tactic is chosen, in particular, by investors. However, it must be remembered that this scheme involves expectation and a certain amount of risk.
