The average price per square meter of housing in a new building in Montenegro in the 3rd quarter of 2023 is 1643 euros.
At the same time, in Podgorica, a square meter cost an average of 1,700 euros in July-September, 1,584 euros in the coastal region, 662 euros in the central region, and 1,288 euros in the northern region. These are the data of the recently published report of the statistical bureau Monstat. For the study, prices were used in actually concluded contracts for the purchase and sale of housing.
The increase in the value of real estate in Montenegro compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022 was about 25%, compared to the 2nd quarter of this year -9.5%.
