A seaside villa of original architectural design located on the island of Evia (Evia). Greece's second largest island is easily accessible from Athens airport by bridge or ferry.

The residence was created in complete harmony with the natural surroundings: the calm sea approaching the gate and a grove of lush pine trees around. Consider the starry sky and listen to the whisper of the sea, who has not dreamed about it?

Residence of 250 sq.m. in a simple and laconic style, finished in a combination of stone and teak wood.

Living room, dining room with access to a wide terrace to the garden and the sea, equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms , 2 bathrooms (bathroom with bathtub and bathroom with shower):

Extensive private area of almost 8000 sqm with a private coastline. The territory has a Mediterranean garden, lawns, a barbecue, a summer dining room. Among the large trees there is a lot of shade that is desirable on a summer day, cozy places for spending time with a book or with a cocktail at sunset, for breakfast or dinner outdoors.

In these places, guests will be captured by water activities: skiing, cheesecakes, kayak, jet skis, etc.

We organize training for water skiing with an instructor.

The villa organizes musical evenings, birthdays, holidays.
