Villa 200 meters from the sea

The villa has everything provided for your comfortable stay. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room and an open plan kitchen, upholstered furniture, TV and Internet. From the kitchen there is an exit to the patio with upholstered furniture for relaxation, a barbecue area and a swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, as well as dishes and all kitchen utensils. In the living room there is a dining table for eight people. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the second floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to the balcony. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a built-in bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom and the third bedroom have two single beds. There is also a family bathroom on the second floor. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Outside there is parking, a terrace with a barbecue area and a private pool with sun beds and umbrellas
