Villa with a total area of 260 sq.m. consists of two floors + basement and offers:

1st floor - living room with dining area, TV room, a room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

2nd floor - two bedrooms, each with its own terrace and private bathroom (one bathroom with shower, the other with a Jacuzzi bath). Furnished terrace overlooking the mountains.

Ground floor with separate entrance - living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath, another bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Laundry.

Next to the house there is a guest house with a terrace furnished with a dining table, sofas and an equipped summer kitchen. The guest house itself consists of a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The house is surrounded by a well-groomed garden with a swimming pool.

For a comfortable stay and sunbathing, the area next to the pool is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Particular attention was paid to the equipment of the pool - external and internal lighting, a hydromassage area and a waterfall.

The house is equipped with an alarm system, WI-FI internet, air conditioning, automatic gates, parking for 3 cars.

The minimum rental period is 1 month, only from the 1st to the 30th day of the calendar month.
