Hotel in the center of Karlsruhe (Baden-Wurtenberg)

Hotel with 100 rooms in a central location in the city of Karlsruhe. There is both an underground car park and a car park in the yard. The hotel is rented by the largest German hotel chain. The lease has been concluded for 18 years with a further extension option.

According to the lease agreement, the operator repairs the hotel at his own expense and is responsible for all technical equipment in the building (!).

Location : Karlsruhe is a city in South-West Germany, the third largest in the federal state of Baden-Wrtenburg. In Karslsruhe there are various transport and electrical engineering enterprises, oil refining, metalworking, chemical, printing and food industries. Karlsruhe is the second largest river port in Germany. The city is home to the second largest oil refinery in Germany, MiRO.

The "seat of law", as Karlsruhe is sometimes called, houses the Federal Constitutional Court, the German Supreme Court, and numerous federal and state offices.

One of the largest Siemens subsidiaries is located in the city, which is the largest non-state employer in Karlsruhe. There are also large branches of the L'Oral and Michelin concerns.

The hotel is located about 1.5 km from the city center. It can be reached on foot or by S-Bahn in a few minutes. The exhibition center Karlsruhe (DM-Arena) is 14 minutes by car.
