We offer you to stay in the Villa Sea Coast: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to a veranda overlooking the bay. All beds with new luxury mattresses.

Here you will find a carefree holiday by the warm, crystal-clear waters of a bay surrounded by gardens and various southern trees.

The ancient city of Chania with its amazing architecture, promenade and an abundance of taverns and restaurants is just a 10-minute drive away.

The villa has a large swimming pool with outdoor seating area : solarium with new wooden sun loungers, large dining table on the terrace. The beach is just 50 meters along the path. Sandy beach with a convenient entry to the sea.

It is possible to serve breakfast from 8 to 11 am, as well as serving (catering) lunches and dinners in the villa.

The complex has a tavern and a cafeteria (150 meters). Within walking distance: 2 more taverns and 1 restaurant, another sandy beach.

Chania International Airport is a 10-minute drive from the complex, and the port with ferries to Athens is a 15-minute drive away.

Price per week:

April, October - 1800 Euro

May, June, September - 2500 Euro

July, August - 3500 Euro.

The price includes: cleaning every other day, cleaning the garden and pool, lunch on the day of arrival, fruits and sweets, change of linen and towels 2 times a week. Small pets allowed.
