The complex is a residential district of 16 buildings with 804 apartments on the Leamouth Peninsula, with panoramic views of the Thames. 3-30-storey buildings create a cozy space for sports, walks and relaxation. The façades are made in an industrial style of clinker bricks, with a reference to the historic dock that used to be on the peninsula. For the residents of the complex, a pedestrian promenade with jogging tracks, recreation areas, restaurants and shops on the ground floors was designed. Part of the historic coast remained from the dock was carefully restored.
