Kitchen: The modern American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, built-in stove with hob, kettle, pots and cutlery.
Living room: stylish living area, plasma TV, air conditioning and dining table for 6 people. The lounge has access to the pool. There is a shared toilet on the living room floor.

Bedroom 1 - double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and large balcony.Bedroom 2 - separate beds, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and a large balcony in the room.

Bedroom 3 - double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi and a spacious shared terrace with an adjacent bathroom.Bedroom 4 - double bed, bedside table, air conditioning and laundry room, spacious common terrace.Other features: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. 
NOTE: The hotel has a hammock, a seating area in the garden, table tennis and table football. In winter, it is convenient to rent and use a floor heating system.

Upon entering the villa, a deposit is charged, which is returned to the tenant upon departure in the absence of breakdowns and damage to the property.
