The stone house occupies 3 floors and consists of a ground floor, a second floor and an attic. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a staircase leading to the second floor, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with access to the garden with a gazebo and additional rooms (storerooms).

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a spacious living room, a separate dining room with a kitchen and access to a terrace with a gazebo.

The attic consists of an entrance hall and two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Unique interior design, equipped with air conditioning for cooling/heating, underfloor heating and fireplace, as well as walls 50 cm wide.

Shipan Island is the largest and farthest island from the city of Dubrovnik in the Elaphite Islands group, it can be reached by ferry and passenger ship. It is located about 7.6 km northwest of Dubrovnik, on the island there are two large settlements Shipanska Luka and Suduraj, connected by a road leading through the fertile Shipansk field.
