The estate is represented by a magnificent historical villa, various buildings with a total area of 4,500 sq.m. a land plot of 158.5 hectares with a vineyard and an olive grove.

DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS

The main villa (935 sq. m., 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms) is made in the Vanvitellian style and dates back to the XVIII century. It was renovated in 2003-2004. The building consists of three reception rooms, one of which has a separate entrance, two dining rooms, a kitchen, an office, eight double bedrooms (each furnished in a certain style), with eight bathrooms. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden, on the territory of which there is also a panoramic pool of 16 x 8 m.

The estate complex is complemented by a pantry, a tavern with a bread oven and a chapel, ideal for celebrating weddings in a unique atmosphere.

Villa Naccolino (837 sq. m., 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms) is a 14th-century stone building consisting of 7 apartments. The building can accommodate a maximum of twenty-five people, all apartments have a separate entrance. Outside there is a 12 x 3 m swimming pool, designed for guests only.

Casa al Bosco (258 sq.m, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) is a stone building of the XIV century, consisting of four apartments that can accommodate up to fourteen people in total. The farmhouse is located in the middle of a forest, in a very quiet and secluded place.

A small village (1,692 sq. m. m) is the heart of the estate and is a cluster of buildings (all of them date back to the 14th century) located around a small square with a fountain. These buildings house the administration, premises for direct sale of products, a wine cellar (671 sq. m.) and an oil mill (162 sq. m.) for processing grapes and olives (pressing, bottling, etc.). Other premises are available for farm staff.

Land plot

The total area of the estate is 159.9 hectares. The basis of the farm is the Chianti Classico DOCG vineyards (19.4 hectares) and an olive grove (21.2 hectares). The rest of the area is distributed among orchards (0.3 hectares are evenly distributed among cherry, pear, peach and apple trees), mixed forest (105.0 hectares), arable and uncultivated lands (12.6 hectares).

The buildings are surrounded by an exclusive territory and adjacent open areas with a total area of about 13700 square meters.

Vineyards (19.4 hectares) allow the production of up to 110,000 bottles of Chianti Classico DOCG wine per year, and an olive grove (21.2 hectares) guarantees the production of about 5,000 kg of oil.
