If the above payments cannot be made due to the buyer's lack of a euro account, the buyer must pay these amounts, i.e. 20% at the time of signing the purchase agreement, so at that time the buyer must pay 40% of the sale price + 10% VAT minus the reservation.

- 60% of the cost + 10% VAT - at the time of handing over the keys and the public act.
