The apartment is on the 2nd floor (European style) of a three-story building without an elevator. It is equipped with all appliances, air conditioning, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. TV, WIFI. On the first floor of the apartment there is a living room and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a bathroom, bedroom, and balcony that can be accessed via a spiral staircase.

Within a radius of 100 km, there are many historical sites.

There are many shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

PRICE:

Low season - 665 euros per week, 95 euros per night

Mid-season - 455 euros per week or 65 euros per night

High season - 245 euros per week, 35 euros per night

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:

- SECURITY DEPOSIT - 150 euros, refundable upon check-out if the property is left undamaged

- 70 euros - final cleaning fee, payable once upon check-in
