"Dream House" is built on the slope of the mountains, which were once considered the southernmost fjord in Europe. Later it became known that Boka Kotorska, as the locals call the bay, is an even rarer type of landscape, which is called ria: the mouth of the river flooded by the sea. The average annual air temperature in the Bay of Kotor is 18°C, and even in winter the thermometer does not drop below 0°C.
"Dream house" is 5 buildings with a seismic-resistant monolithic frame structure filled with brickwork. The external load-bearing walls are 300 mm thick and lined with travertine.
