Spa Hotel in the picturesque village of Mladezhko, in the Strandzha mountains

The hotel complex consists of two buildings - a hotel and guest houses. Both facilities are built in accordance with the most modern requirements in construction. The buildings are insulated, PVC windows with triple glazing. In winter, heating is provided by the local heating system. All rooms are air-conditioned. The facades of the buildings are made in a typical Strandzhan style.

The hotel part with a total built-up area of 4416 sq.m. is a building with a basement and three hotel floors. On the ground floor there are rooms for public use, a reception, a restaurant, a lobby bar, and a spa area. The total area of the plot adjacent to the hotel is 4857 sq.m., an additional 1060 sq.m. playground. The total area of the plot is 5917 sq.m.

1. The hotel part has 45 rooms, all with terraces, distributed as follows:

o   Double rooms /bedroom + folding chair/ 31 rooms

o Deluxe Double rooms /bedroom + sofa bed/ - 4 rooms

o Junior apartments /two-room/ - 8 rooms

o  Deluxe apartments /three-room/ - 2 rooms.

      2. The spa area of the complex has the following facilities:

o   Indoor pool with a hot tub area of 30 sq.m.

        3. A spacious lobby bar with a summer garden and a game room with entertaining games.

       4. The restaurant has 120 seats and also has a separate buffet room. The summer garden adjacent to the restaurant is covered and accommodates about 100 people.

        5. A conference room equipped with multimedia equipment and a flipchart, with a capacity of 70 people.

       6. Entertainment area   football field with high-strength artificial turf, park area with playgrounds.

       8. All streets around the hotel are paved, there is parking for 45-50 cars. There is a bus parking in front of the guest houses.

       9. There is a room for a second restaurant for 35 people, as well as a room for fitness equipment.

9 rooms for staff are provided and furnished in the hotel part.

Guest houses in the amount of 4 pieces have the same area and are built in a row, the total built-up area of four houses is 470 sq.m. Each house has a living room / equipped kitchen, upholstered furniture / and a spacious veranda with barbecue. There is a bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.
