Elegant villa Stefania in Sanremo

Luxurious villa \"Stefania\" in San Remo is the epitome of unsurpassed architecture and luxury of an amazing era. The villa was built in 1896 by the famous architect Pio Soli, commissioned by the engineer Giovanni Marsaglia to celebrate the wedding of his daughter Stefania.

Marble canopies crowned on the balconies, stringed cornices, sculpted windows of various shapes and sizes, enriched with stucco and crowns, symbolize the symmetrical façade dominated by the light tones typical of the residences of the French period of those years.

The interior decoration of each room of this historic residence was made with close attention to all details, each piece of furniture harmoniously fits into the overall ensemble of rooms. Original parquet floors, majestic marble staircase, crystal chandeliers, magnificent mirrors, inlaid furniture, stucco decorations and frescoed coffered ceilings leave you speechless, which without a doubt can be called a dream villa. Executive rooms, eight luxurious rooms and nine bathrooms make up this magnificent residence. Externally, a 5,000 square meter luxurious park adorned with sculptures surrounds the property.
