Estate-winery in Chianti (Tuscany)

The estate is located halfway between Siena and Florence. Stone buildings of various sizes are surrounded by 135 hectares of land, of which 33 hectares are occupied by vineyards (15.2 hectares Chianti Classico DOCG and 18.1 hectares IGT), 4 hectares of olive groves, arable land and forest.

The main villa (1,300 sq. m.), which consists of three apartments, one master and two others for seasonal rent, a large underground wine cellar for vinification (2,200 sq. m.) and various other buildings (about 1,920 sq. m.), including the caretakers' residence, administrative offices, tasting rooms, various warehouses and awnings.

Wine production

The annual production volume is 1,500 quintals of grapes, which makes it possible to produce 75,000 bottles.The wines are made only from grapes from their own vineyards, which are distributed and appreciated on the international market. The product range includes Chianti Classico DOCG Annata, Riserva and Gran Selezione, as well as the IGT Super Tuscan, Tuscan Red, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tuscan White and finally grappa and Vincanto series.

Olive oil

From 4 hectares of olive groves, excellent Extra Virgin olive oil is produced, about 3,000 bottles with a volume of 0.50 liters.
