Tiger Properties construction company presents its flagship project, the world's tallest residential tower, the Tiger Sky Tower.

It is believed that this premium skyscraper is intended to become the pearl of Business Bay and will take its place in the Golden Triangle of the district.

• 849 residences: 1-2-3-4 bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses
• Four swimming pools, spa, gym, running track, tennis court, children's playground playground, BBQ area, cigar lounge, restaurant, rainforest

All proposed residences will be fully furnished (carpets. curtains, chandeliers, mattresses... as in the photo), equipped with household appliances and plumbing,ready to move in immediately after the project is put into operation. The photos show a two-bedroom apartment.

The developer provides installments for two years after the settlement.
