The hotel has 154 residential units, of which 88 are hotel rooms on the lower floors and 66 luxury apartments with stunning sea views on floors 4-9 for sale\n\n
The area of the apartments ranges from 83 m2 to 246 m2, 6 penthouses on the upper floors\n\n
The hotel management company can effectively engage in leasing (at the owner\'s discretion)\n
On the ground floors there will be\n
- commercial premises,\n
- boutiques,\n
- 2 restaurants and cafes,\n
- spa and wellness center with swimming pools and a gym\n
- conference hall\n
On the underground levels (-2 and -1) 160 parking spaces are planned.\n\n

Payment terms\n
- 10,000 euros non-refundable reservation fee, which is included in the price\n
- upon signing the preliminary purchase and sale agreement - 25% of the cost,\n
- 25% upon completion of rough construction work\n
- 25% upon completion of finishing work\n
- 25% (including VAT) upon receipt of the key.\n
Completion of construction of the facility is scheduled for 2026.
