General Principles of Advertising

The Customer has the following advertising opportunities on the HomesOverseas.ru portal:
1. Listings advertising in property database. As the object for such advertising can be exclusively a specific offer of existing real estate or real estate under construction, but not the company's services, construction projects, financial products, yachts, etc. As a result of advertising, the Customer receives requests from visitors of the portal who are interested in its listings.
2. Premium listings in the property database. This is an additional promotion of the listing in the database, which allows it to get more views. As the promotion, the listings is displayed in special blocks on various pages of the portal, has priority or highlighting in search results.
3. Display advertising (banners and text-graphic blocks). This service allows to demonstrating the information of the Customer at certain advertising places to the portal visitors and receiving clicks to the website specified by the Customer.
4. Advertising in the "Complexes" section is intended for property developers and allows them to demonstrating information about themselves and their real estate offers on the complex page in the corresponding portal directory.
5. Additional features, including those related to advertising in newsletters, articles, etc.

General way of using services of Contractor

• Funds paid by the Customer are credited to the Contract’s Account, available in the Personal Account.
• Services are created using the Service interface either by the Customer independently or by the Contractor’s employee on behalf of the Customer.
• The cost of services is assigned for the entire period of their validity and is determined by the Tariffs.
• The cost of services of a continued nature is assigned per calendar day and is determined by the Tariffs.
• Confirmation of the ordered service shall be done by the Customer in the Personal Account. The execution of services begins within 15 minutes after its confirmation.
• At the time of confirmation of the service, the full cost of the service is debited from the Customer’s Account. If there are not enough funds on the Customer’s Account, then the service cannot be confirmed.
• At the time of confirmation of a continued service, the cost of one day of service is debited from the Customer’s Account. If there are not enough funds on the Customer’s Account, then the service cannot be confirmed.
• If the Customer’s Account contains an amount less than the daily cost of a service, then it is debited in full, and on that day the service is provided.
• If there are no funds on the Customer’s Account, the provision of continued services dhall be terminated. If then the Customer’s Account will bereplenished by a sufficient amount, so the provision of the service will be resumed automatically at the next day, and its re-confirmation is not required.

The Rules of listings advertising in property database

Under the Contract the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the opportunity to upload listings via the interface of its Personal Account.
1. As the listings in the property database of HomesOverseas.ru should be meant:
1.1 Specific unit of residential or commercial property (apartment, house, townhouse, land plot, etc.) offered for sale or lease;
1.2. Aggregate of real estate units within a particular real estate project (for instance, an apartment in a residential complex).
2. The Customer shall describe a property unit with the one listing, with the exception of the sale/rent of the same property unit. It is not permitted to delete and reload information about the same real estate unit.
3. The real estate project (residential complex) can be represented by the Customer with a maximum of 10 listings of the same type of real estate (apartments, houses or townhouses). At the same time, each listing should contain a unique description of the presented unit or set of units (for example, a 1-bedroom apartment), a unique main photo and a price different from other listings in the project.
4. It is not allowed to place as a listing:
4.1. Aggregate of real estate offers (with the exception of clause 1.2.);
4.2. Advertisements for company services, as well as any non-real estate goods;
4.3. Real estate offers actually not put up for sale or already sold;
4.4. Nonexistent offers.

5. The information posted in description of the listing should be correct as well as the characteristics of the listing should be relevant.
6. The title, short and full descriptions in the listing should be written in Russian or English, and follow the rules for the respective language.
7. The title of the Listing should give a brief idea about it.
7.1. Is permitted to use as the title the ID in the Customer's database or the name of a specific real estate project.
7.2. Advertising slogans and words that attract attention but do not characterize the property, as well as exclamation marks, special characters and emoji are not allowed in the title.
8. Not allowed to post in the title, short full descriptions in the Listing:
8.1. Any information about the countries, resorts, property purchase process, and other information which is not related directly to the listing. The exceptions are the descriptions of little-known of districts and towns, which do not cover with the information on the Russian Internet;
8.2. Specifying the name of the Customer, names of the responsible employees, any contact information, including addresses of websites and advertising of any services;
8.3. Using superlatives as "best", "most prestigious", etc. If the project has awards or expert estimates, this should be indicated in the appropriate context;
8.4. The use of capital letters in whole words and sentences with the exception of generally accepted abbreviations.
8.5. Using uppercase (capital) letters in whole words and sentences except of common abbreviations.
8.6 Use of special characters and emoji.
9. The price should refer to a specific property, not per square meter. If listing covers a set of properties in the project, the minimal price should be posted. It is not allowed to list the payment for a mortgage or instalment plan as the price.
10. Geolocation of property should be posted correctly. It’s possible to indicate as exact location of property as approximate location (within an area with a radius of 1 km).
11. The size of illustrations should be at least 560 pixels horizontally and give an idea of the property or the views from the property. Vertical illustration will be automatically reformatted to horizontal. The Contractor is not improve non-correct orientation of the illustrations.
12. The following illustrations are not permitted to be published:
12.1. Illustrations not related to the property, including images of sights, general views of cities and resorts, things, etc.
12.2. Fuzzy, muddy, distorted, incorrectly oriented illustrations;
12.3. Illustrations containing any textual information, including the contact details of the Customer, addresses of Internet sites, etc.
12.4. Illustrations with watermarks that interfere with the perception of the image, as well as containing the customer’s contact information, including website addresses.
13. In the "YouTube ID" field should be specified a link to the video, which directly illustrate the property for sell/rent. Links to videos in which there is no story about the property are not allowed.
14. To classify an object to a certain type of market, the following criteria should be used:
- New buildings - objects from developers and private owners, in which no one previously lived;
- Secondary market - objects from the previous owner that were in use;
- Mortgaged real estate - objects pledged by banks or other credit institutions;
15. The maximum advertising period for real estate sale offers is 5 years. All listings with sale offer uploaded more than 5 years ago shall be moved by the Contractor to the archive without the possibility of further activation.

The Rules of listings uploading via XML document

Automatic uploading of listings using an XML document is an optional alternative to uploading listings through the interface of Personal Account and is not guaranteed by the Contractor. The Contractor has the right to refuse to upload listings by the Customer using an XML document without explanation.
• To uploading using an XML document, the Contractor uses exclusively its own markup format for the XML document, which is its know-how. The markup format is not published out un open access by the Contractor and provided to the Customer by his request.
• The Contractor reserves the right to change the markup format of the XML document at its discretion.
• The Contractor is not able to upload listings using XML document that have a markup format different from the format of the Contractor.
• Checking XML Documents for errors is carried out using the Contractor's service “XML Validator”. The customer must ensure that the markup of the XML document fully complies with the requirements of the Contractor and that there are no errors during checking.
• The customer is obliged to ensure that the information contained in the XML document complies with the section "Rules for placing real estate in the database" of these Advertising Rules. Prior to loading, the Contractor conducts an appropriate check and, if there are violations, refuses to download to the Customer.
• Automatic uploading of listings using an XML document is performed by the Contractor once every 48 hours.
• The Contractor has the right to stop the automatic uploading of the Customer’s listings until the violations are eliminated in the following cases:
- If the XML document does not conform to the accepted markup format;
- In the event that the Customer, using an XML document, uploads listings that do not comply with the Advertising Rules

The Rules of the information in Personal Account and Company Account

• As the main company name can be used the legal name of the company or the brand (trademark) under which it operates. It is not allowed to include in the company name a description of its services, as well as the address of the company’s website, if it is not a legal name.
• The company name should not be indicated in all capital letters except for abbreviations and registered names of companies or brands.
• The alternate company name should not duplicate the main name.
• The website address of the company should be indicated exclusively in the "Company website" field.
• In the field "Postal address" the full address of the location of the office of the company must be indicated. Posting only the name of country, region or city is not allowed.
• The description text in the profiles of the company and its employees should be written in Russian or English only.
• The name and surname of employees must include real names. The use of the company name as the name of the employee is not allowed.
• The employee’s personal profile should use real photos of employees as a photograph. The use of the logo and other images as a photograph of an employee is not allowed.
• In your personal profile, in the field "Information about yourself" should contain information about the employee (professional skills, experience, achievements, etc.). It is not allowed to post in this field information about the company, a description of its activities and advertising services of the company, as well as links to third-party sites.

The Rules of proceeding requests by Customer’s listings

• Requests for the Customer’s listings become available in the Customer’s Personal Account in automatic mode immediately after they are sent. Notification of a new request by e-mail and SMS (optionally) are sent to the Customer immediately automatically.
• The Contractor is not responsible for the delay or non-delivery of notification of requests due to the fault of telecom operators and digital service providers. The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to ensure that notifications are not identified as spam, but cannot guarantee this.
• The Customer receives requests for its listings as they are. The Contractor does not moderate requests for Customer's listings, does not make changes to their text and contact information.
• The contractor does not filter requests by geolocation, budget and other parameters.
• The Contractor has access to requests for Customer's listings in order to control the operation of the Service and collect statistics.
• The Contractor does not contact the senders of the requests otherwise than at the request of the Customer or in connection with the consideration of claims.
• The contents of the request and the contact information of the sender are confidential information. The Contractor makes all reasonable efforts to protect them from access by third parties, in particular other advertisers.
• The Customer agrees that the case when a portal visitor sent requests for listings of several advertisers cannot be considered as a violation of the confidentiality of requests.
• The Customer shall to make reasonable efforts to contact the sender of the request within 24 hours. The Contractor has the right to reduce the rating of a company that does not systematically respond to requests for its facilities at a specified time.

The Rules of proceeding requests for property search

• Requests for the property search sent to companies that publish listings in the country or region indicated by the sender, for sale or rent in accordance with the request.
• The Contractor has the right, but is not obliged to pre-moderate requests for the property search and not send questionable requests to Customer. The Ñontractor does not amend the text of the requests and contact details of the senders.
• The number of advertisers who previously viewed the sender’s contact information shall be available to the Customer.
• The Customer has the opportunity to redeem a requests for the property search, that is, to prohibit access to the request to all other advertisers who have not done so before. The redeem price is determined by the Tariffs.

The Rules of listings moderation

• Moderation is a check of the Customer’s listings for compliance with the requirements of the Contract and the Advertising Rules. The Contractor’s right to moderation is set in the Contract.
• If the Contractor finds that the Customer’s listing violates the requirements of the Contract and the Advertising Rules, then it closes the visitors' access to this listing and sends a message to the Customer indicating the violation. Visitors can access the listing only after the violation has been eliminated by the Customer.
• In the event of systematic violations in the Customer’s listings the Contractor has the right to pre-moderate all or some of the Customer’s listing prior to publication. In this case, after creating or editing a listing, the access of visitors to it is closed. The Contractor checks such listings and if he does not find violations, then opens access for visitors to them. If violations are found, the Contractor sends a message to the Customer indicating the violation. Visitors can access the listing only after the violation has been eliminated by the Customer.
• Moderation is carried out on working days during working hours. The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the moderation of listings takes place as soon as possible, however, the moderation time depends on the load of the Contractor’s specialists at a particular moment and cannot be guaranteed.
• The situation when the Customer’s facilities are not accessible to visitors due to their moderation cannot be the subject of claims on the part of the Customer and cause for compensation to the Customer on the part of the Contractor.

The Rules of Fixed Rates advertising services

• The service allows to the Customer to publish a certain number of listings for a certain time. Available options for the duration of the service and the number of listings in the package, as well as the cost of services, are determined by the Tariffs.
• The number of listings defined by the package is the maximum possible for simultaneous advertising. In the event that the Customer actually places a smaller number of listings, the cost of the package does not change, compensation for unused volume is not paid.
• Access to contact information for all requests for Customer’s listings and requests for the property search are included in the price of the service.
• Purchasing of requests from the “Leads Exchange” section and redeem of requests for the property search are not included in the cost of the service.
• The Contractor is responsible for the availability of Customer listings for portal visitors as part of an advertising package. The Contractor cannot guarantee the number of requests received by the Customer during the advertising period and does not accept claims in this regard.

The Rules of Cost per Lead advertising services

• To start using the Cost per Lead service, the Customer must deposit to the Contract Account a minimum starting amount which is determined by the Tariffs.
• Further replenishment of the Account is possible with amounts of at least the minimum replenishment amount which is determined by the Tariffs.
• To begin providing the service, the Customer must confirm it in his Personal Account. The service can be confirmed by any employee of the Customer who has access to a Personal Account.
• As part of the service, the Customer can publish up to 10000 listings.
• The Cost per Lead is a continued service, its cost is assigned per day, determined by the Tariffs and debited from the Contract Account daily.
• Requests received at the Customer’s listings, as well as property search requests are available to the Customer in the relevant sections of the Personal Account. Initially, the request text, the sender’s geolocation, fragments of the phone and the sender’s e-mail are available to the Customer.
• If the Customer is interested in this request, then he can buy it, that is, gain access to the full contact details of the sender. At the same time, the cost of the request determined by the Tariffs is debited from the Contract Account.
• If the Customer is not interested in the request, he may reject it. In this case, nothing is debited from the Customer’s Account, and the request itself becomes available to other advertisers using the “Leads Exchange” service.
• If the request is rejected, the Customer must indicate the reason for rejection, which is sent in a letter to the sender of the request. The "Rejection Reason" text box is for the corresponding message only. If the Customer uses the “Rejection Reason” field to establish further communication with the sender of the request, the Contractor has the right to deduct the cost of the Request from the Customer’s Account.
• The Contractor has the right to refuse to provide the “Cost per Lead" service to the Customer if the Customer buy less than 50% of requests during three consistent months, or systematically uses the “Rejection Reason” field to communicate with the requestor, or rejects requests without indicating a reason.
• The Contractor is responsible for the availability of Customer facilities for visitors as part of advertising packages.

The Rules of Leads Exchange service

• Within the framework of the “Leads Exchange” service, the Customer can buying requests rejected or not used by other portal advertisers. The cost of requests depends on the time elapsed since their creation, the more time has passed, the cheaper the request. The exact cost of the request at a given time is available to the Customer prior to purchase in the Personal Account.
• In order to use the “Leads Exchange” service, the Customer must familiarize themselves with and agree to its rules by checking the checkbox on the corresponding page in the Personal Account. On behalf of the Customer, consent for participation in the “Leads Exchange” can be given by any employee who has access to the Customer’s Personal Account.
• The Customer agrees that requests for his listings, to which he not react within 10 calendar days, will be put up on the exchange.
• The Customer agrees that the he have not access to requests that he rejected or did not use.
• Only one advertiser can buy a request on the exchange; after a purchase, the request becomes inaccessible to other advertisers.
• Funds for purchased requests are returned only if the sender’s contacts are incorrect.
• If the Customer has agreed to participate in the "Leads Exchange", an email will be sent to him daily with information about new requests received on the exchange.
• The Customer has the right to withdraw consent to the rules of the "Leads Exchange", after which access to the Exchange is terminated, emails with notifications of new requests no longer arrive.

The procedure for making and considering claims at the requests

• Claims may be made on requests paid by the Customer in the framework of the services “Payment for request” and “Leads Exchange” only.
• A claim can only be satisfied if the request contains obviously non-existent contact details that do not allow contact with the sender.
• As a non-existent email address considered the address from which letters are automatically returned.
• As a non-existent phone number considered a number that is unavailable for a period of at least five days.
• The Contractor does not accept claims due to the refusal of the requestor to cooperate with the Contractor, or the insufficient budget specified in the request.
• The claim can be filed by the Customer within 7 days after receiving the request exclusively in Personal Account using the link “I can not contact the sender of the request”. The Contractor has the right not to consider a claim sent by other means.
• The Contractor is obliged to consider the claim within 5 business days and make an informed decision.
• If neither email nor phone number exists, 100% of the cost of the request shall be returned to the Customer.
• If the email exists, but the phone number does not exist, then 50% of the cost of the request is returned to the Customer
• If the email does not exist, but the sender of the request is available by phone number, the claim shall be rejected.
• Funds can be returned exclusively to the Customer’s Contract Balance on the Site.

The rules of Selected Listing service

• The “Selected listing in all pages” service allows the Customer to advertise no more than 5 listings in one of three special blocks on all pages of the portal, with the exception of search results and a number of special pages.
• The “Selected listing by Country” service allows the Customer to advertise no more than 5 listings in one of three special blocks on all portal pages associated with a specific country.
• Any “Selected listing” service includes the possibility of advertising 10 lisings in the database during the service.
• The “Selected by Country” blocks are lower than the “Selected in all pages” blocks
• Each time the page is loaded, the blocks are interchanged in random order within their group.
• At the same time, only one of the Customer’s listing linked with the “Selected Listing” service is displayed in the block. With each new page load, these listings change randomly.
• Lisitings linked to the “Selected Listing in all page” service are located above any other listings in search results.
• Lisitings linked to the “Selected listing by country” service are located lower than “Selected Listing in all page”, but higher than any other listings in the search results.
• After confirmation of the service, the Customer independently links the lisrings to the “Selected Listing” service using the interface of the Personal Account. The Contractor is not responsible for the situation when the Customer, after confirming the service, did not link listings to it.
• 5 listing is the maximum limit of listings linked to one service “Selected Listing”. In case that less than 5 listings are attached to the “Selected Listing” service confirmed by the Customer or no listings are attached, then its cost does not change, claims are not accepted by the Contractor.
• Only listings in a given country can be linked to the “Selected Listing by Country” service.
• The Ñustomer has the ability to change listings associated with the “Selected Listing” service at his discretion.
• If the listing linked to the “Selected Listing” service is rejected by the moderator, removed or removed from advertising by the Customer, the cost of the service is not compensated.
• The Contractor reserves the right to fill unsold “Selected” blocks with listings at its discretion.
• The Contractor is responsible for displaying the “Selected” listings in the respective blocks and giving them priority in the search results only. The Contractor cannot guarantee a change in the number of views and requests of the visitor as a result of using the service.

The rules of Hot Listing service

• Services “Hot listing on the main page” and “Hot listing on the country page” allow the Customer to advertise one listings in one of 12 blocks “hot listings” on the main page of the portal or on the landing pages of countries, respectively.
• Any "Hot Listing" service includes the ability to advertise 5 listings in the database during the service’s duration.
• Each time the page is loaded, the "hot listings" blocks are interchanged in random order within their group.
• Listing linked to the "Hot Listing on main page" service are located above any other listings except the Selected in the search results.
• Listings linked to the “Hot Listing by Country” service are located above any other listings except “Selected” and “Hot on main page” in the search results.
• After confirming the service, the Customer independently links the listing to the "Hot Listing" service using the interface of the Personal Account. The Contractor is not responsible for the situation when the Customer, after confirming the service, did not link the listing to it.
• Only listings in a given country can be linked to the "Hot Listing by Country" service.
• The Customer has the ability to change listings associated with the "Hot Listing" service at his discretion.
• If the Listing linked to the "Hot Listing" service is rejected by the moderator, deleted or removed from advertising by the Customer, the cost of the service is not compensated.
• The Contractor reserves the right to fill unsold “Hot” blocks with listings at its discretion.
• The Contractor is responsible for displaying “Hot” listings in the respective blocks and giving them priority in search results only. The Contractor cannot guarantee a change in the number of views and requests of visitors as a result of using the service.

The rules of Special Listing service

• The “Special Listing by Country” service allows the Customer to advertise one listing in the “Special Listing” block on the first page of any search results in a specific country, regardless of whether the listing meets the search conditions.
• “Special Listing” is located after the 5th position of the search results or at the end of the search results, if there are 4 listings or less in it.
• After confirmation of the service, the Customer independently links the listing to the “Special Listing” service using the interface of the Personal Account. The Contractor is not responsible for the situation when the Customer, after confirming the service, did not attach the listing to it.
• Only listings in a given country can be linked to the “Special listing by country” service.
• The Customer has the ability to change listings associated with the “Special Listing” service at his discretion.
• If the listing tied to the “Special Listing” service is rejected by the moderator, removed or removed from advertising by the Customer, the cost of the service is not compensated.
• The Contractor is responsible for displaying the “Special” listings in the respective blocks only. The Contractor cannot guarantee a change in the number of views and requests of visitors as a result of using the service.

The rules of Elevated Listing service

• Thå "Elevated Listing” service allows to the Customer to promote listings in search results above ordinary listings.
• Listings linked to the “Elevated Listing” service are located above any other listings except “Favorites” and “Hot” in the search results.
• Validity of the service “Elevated Listing” is 30 days.
• A listing that is linked to the “Elevated Listing” service cannot be replaced by another.
• After confirming the service, the Customer independently links the listing to the "Elevated Listing" service using the interface of the Personal Account. The Contractor is not responsible for the situation when the Customer, after confirming the service, did not attach the listing to it.
• If the listing linked to the “Elevated Listing” service is rejected by the moderator, deleted or removed from advertising by the Customer, the cost of the service is not compensated.
• The Contractor is responsible for giving “Elevated Listing” priority in search results only. The Contractor cannot guarantee a change in the number of views and requests of visitors as a result of using the service.

The rules of Sticker service

• The Sticker service allows the Ñustomer to place text on a colored background on a photograph of a property in the search results.
• Sticker text cannot exceed 15 characters with spaces.
• The sticker does not appear on the Listings's page.
• The Customer selects the color and text of the background independently from the options proposed by the Contractor. In addition, the Customer can use his text if he does not violate the norms of the Russian legislation on advertising.
• The duration of the Sticker service is fixed and is 30 days.
• The listings that is attached to the Sticker service cannot be replaced by another.
• If the listings linked to the Sticker service is rejected by the moderator, deleted or removed from advertising by the Customer, the cost of the service is not compensated.
• The Contractor cannot guarantee a change in the number of views and requests of visitors as a result of using the service.

The rules of Real Estate Complexes section

• The catalog of foreign real estate complexes is the editorial section of the HomesOverseas.ru portal, which is created on the basis of information from open sources. The aim of this section is to provide portal visitors with objective information about foreign projects. Information about the real estate complexes and their characteristics is carefully checked, but its accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
• The developer of a specific real estate complex or agency on his behalf can take control of the information about the complex, that is, edit its description and parameters, illustrations and videos. Moreover, the description of residential complexes should not contain advertising messages, slogans, appeals on behalf of the developer and other information that is not an objective characteristic of the complex.
• The Contractor checks the information published or edited by the developer for compliance with the Advertising Rules. If they are violated, he has the right to edit the information on his own or block the publication of the real estate complex page until it is corrected by the developer.
• Advertising in the "Real Estate Complexes" section can be placed only by developers or agencies on behalf of the developer, and only on the pages of those complexes that they have built (are under construction). Advertising opportunities include indicating the name of the developer on the page of the complex with a link to its profile, a banner place in the description of the complex and a dedicated block for real estate sales directly from the developer. At the same time, the requirements for the description of the complex and its objectivity do not depend on the presence or absence of a developer’s advertisement.

The rules of media advertising

• In a framework of media advertising, the Customer may place banners and text-graphic blocks (TGB) in standard advertising spots of HomesOverseas.ru indicated in the Tariffs.
• The features of ad package includes an ad position (spot), ad duration, and percentage of rotation. The Contractor does not sell ads by the number of views.
• Rotation on advertising positions can be 100, 50 and 25 percent. The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to provide the Customer with the share of views corresponding to his package based on the results of the day, but cannot guarantee this.
• Production of banners is not included in the cost of display advertising. The Customer provides ready-made banners or additionally pays for their production by the Contractor. The manufacturing cost is not fixed and depends on the requested specifications.
• Banners provided by the Customer must comply with the requirements published on the page https://www.homesoverseas.ru/banner_requirements/
• Information on banners and in text-graphic blocks should not violate the norms of the Russian legislation on advertising.
• A hyperlink from a banner or TGB should lead to an existing, publicly accessible page on the Internet. The Contractor is not responsible for the availability of the page if it is not located on the domain www.homesoverseas.ru.
• The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the statistics of the banner position (number of views and clicks on the hyperlink by day). The Customer acknowledges the accuracy of the statistics provided by the Contractor.
• The Contractor is not responsible for situations when the Customer’s banner is not available on devices that use advertising blocking software.
• The Contractor cannot guarantee a certain number of clicks within the framework of the Customer’s media advertising.

The rules of bonus program

• Bonuses - a virtual settlement tool of the HomesOverseas.ru portal, which can be exchanged for additional services.
• Customer receives Bonuses for paying for advertising on the portal (1 bonus for every 10 rubles of payment), for participating in the bonus program, as well as in the framework of special promotions announced by the Contractor.
• The bonus program involves receiving customer bonuses for posting articles, news or information about the HomesOverseas.ru portal on its website. The description of the bonus program is available at https://www.homesoverseas.ru/clients/bonus_program
• The list of services that can be paid with bonuses is available at https://www.homesoverseas.ru/clients/bonus
• Payment by bonuses is made either through the portal interface or with the help of the Customer’s employees upon request.

The rules of Consultation section

• As part of the “Consultations” section, the Customer can answer questions from visitors, and the answers are not only sent to the author of the question, but they are also published to the public.
• When sending a question, the portal visitor must indicate their last name and first name, as well as indicate the subject of the question and the country of their interest. A question can only be associated with one country.
• The visitor’s question should correspond to the theme of the portal; should not constitute a request for a search or offer for the sale / rental of real estate; cannot contain active hyperlinks; must be specified in Russian and English and meet the rules of the corresponding language.
• The Contractor checks the questions of visitors for compliance with the rules before sending them to Customer.
• To participate in the “Consultations” section, the Customer appoints experts in the Personal Account who are competent in real estate issues in certain countries.
• Questions from visitors are sent to Customer automatically, with questions from a specific country only to experts in that country.
• The Customer who receives the question decides whether to answer the question or not.
• The response of the Customer must correspond to the question asked, be informative; the response cannot contain active links to third-party resources; advertising services and the publication of the Customer’s contact details in the response text are not allowed.
• The text of the Customer’s response must be unique; copying text from other sites is not allowed.
• At the moment of sending the answer to the question, the amount of bonuses indicated on the page https://www.homesoverseas.ru/clients/bonus is debited from the Customer’s bonus account.
• The Contractor checks the response of the Customer for compliance with these rules. In case of violations, he either edits or reasonably rejects the Customer’s response. Validated responses are published
• If the answer is rejected, the bonuses written off when the Customer answers the question are not compensated.
