The rear garden has a continuation of the irrigation system together with 2 small lemon trees. (How the villa derived its name). There is more shade here from the Villa and maybe a rest from the all day sun.  There is a small workshop located here for storage of essential tools, bikes, sunbeds and parasols. 

The Master bedroom is located with its balcony  above the verandah and above  the  indoor lounge and dining area. A total of 18.71 m2 and this like all bedrooms has fitted wardrobes to the ceiling.  Fans in all bedrooms  are normally sufficient in coping with hot days but of course there is AC backup.

A bathroom and WC  is between the master bedroom and the  2nd Bedroom. This is 12.8 m2 and also has a private balcony with stunning views to the sea. Just like the master balcony in that it is the  perfect place to see the setting of the sun, dipping into the sea. 

The 3rd Bedroom is 11.2 m2 and below the 2nd bedroom  and next to the shower and WC.

Patio doors from this bedroom gives access to the main patio and swimming pool.    

To the right of the building on entering there are 2 white large ornate doors with entry to the hallway by a security bell request or by key. From the open plan hallway there are wrought iron curving stairs to the 2nd floor, or entry to the kitchen or to the Lounge/Dining areas.  

The Kitchen is fully fitted with black granite tops and the usual white goods with an oven and chimney  housing extractor    The Lounge / Dining room extension has double patio doors both ends. The dining room exits onto the rear garden while the Lounge exits to the front of the Villa and through the Verandah. The lounge also has a Fire place and hearth.
