Casa de la Roca is a stylish, elegant and comfortable villa away from the tourist centers, but in the middle of a leisurely and relaxed Canarian life. It is located in Puntillo del Sol (Sun Point), a residential area near the steep coast, the place in the north of Tenerife with the most hours of sunshine per year. From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sea, the cliffs, valleys, villages, and the Teide, the highest mountain in Spain. Casa de la Roca is located on a walled property with garden and pool. It has a living space of 185 m2 on two floors. You enter the house through a wide, massive bridge that overlooks the natural rocks, planted with various cacti. On the sea side, the balcony has a glass railing for an uninterrupted view of the sea - from here it is an unforgettable experience to watch one of the wonderful sunsets.

The upper floor with living / dining area, spacious kitchen, large guest toilet and staircase has a size of 95 m2. The living / dining room is 60 m2, with a sea side fully equipped with glass doors to the balcony. There is also a fireplace with a glass door and fan, a TV and book corner, and a black Yamaha piano. The kitchen is 10 m2 in size and has kitchen cabinets, granite worktop, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, and a small balcony. A wide, comfortable staircase leads to the ground floor where the two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite are located. The bedrooms are 32 m2 and 26 m2, both with spacious built-in wardrobes and patio doors to the sea side. Lying in bed you can see the sea. The bathrooms each have glass shower cubicles, wash basins, toilets, towel dryers and radiant heaters. The bathroom window and a sliding door in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens. There is also a small room with a washing machine and dryer, and another room of 10 m².

The garden is easy to maintain, the pool has a size of 3 x 7 m and a depth of 1.45 - 1.55 m. Hot water for the house is produced by solar cells on the roof for most of the year, otherwise by the gas heating on the outside of the house. All rooms are equipped with central heating. There is a parking space on the property with a wide gate to the street.

The owner lives in Germany, rents the house to holiday guests and thus achieves a high return. He started a Spanish company for tax reasons. The house can be sold with or without the company.
