Owner is selling two apartments, without commission, price excluding VAT; the apartments are located in the Pamporovo central VIP Residence building, situated in the heart of the Pamporovo resort, next to Perelik Hotel.

Both apartments have a completely southern exposure and a wonderful panoramic view of the Snejanka Tower, the Stenata slop and the Rhodopes mountains. Apartment 1 is located on floor 6 and apartment 2 is on floor 5, in section B of the building.

Both apartments are luxuriously renovated in 2021, with replaced electrical and plumbing installations, interior design by design studio EDO design. Replaced windows with aluminium joinery in black colour, with large open panoramic windows to the mountain. The bathrooms are luxurious with Italian granite tiles, glass shower cabins and designer faucets, sinks and toilets with built-in bidet. The fans are of the highest class with smell and humidity sensors. Electric bath heaters  are installed in both bathrooms. In Apartment 2 the mirror is designer with anti-sweat heater.

Walls, floors and ceilings are made of natural multilayer parquet with additional insulation. The luminaires are Italian magnetic linear aluminium elements with integrated linear and spot lighting. Both devices have USB for charging computers and phones. Biticino switches and sockets.

Apartment 2 has infrared underfloor heating installed, which heats and maintains an excellent temperature, with the feeling of heating by heating.

The apartments are equipment for use by a family with children, as in one apartment there are 2 bedrooms for 4 people (in one bedroom there are 2 beds with size 120/20 cm and in the other 1 bed with size 160/200 cm), and in the other one bedroom with a size of 160/200 cm and a sofa bed with a size of 160/200 cm. The beds have mattresses made of natural latex and toppers made of goose down and feathers, which give the feeling of sleeping on a cloud. Pillows and duvets are 90% goose down and 10% feathers. The sheets are made of cotton percale.

Apartment 2 has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, an oven and a dishwasher. Apartment 1 has a washing machine with AEG dryer. The sofa is Italian sofa bed with integrated latex mattress. The armchairs are in the typical mountain style with astrakhan upholstery.

An electric grill, toaster, coffee machine and kettle are available.

The apartments are fully equipped and ready to use immediately.

The apartments are sold together and separately, given the purpose for which they were bought and renovated, it is better to sell them together.

The apartments have 1 parking space in the underground garage of the building.
